What wifi does IPC360 Home camera support?
IPC360 Home Camera can only support 2.4G frequency signal，and 802.11b/g/n WiFi network.
The connected WiFi password should be less than 16 characters, and can not contain the special characters, such as: @￥！ect (suggest to revise the password which only contains letters and number).
Why IPC360 Home camera does not have night vision at night?
- Check if the IR function is enabled.
- Check if the IR LED is turned on.
- Restore camera back to factory default setting, and then check the visual effect.
- Try to upgrade the camera by the latest firmware.
How to do if IPC360 Home camera picture is blurred?
- Enter video interface, adjust the picture quality to the HD mode.
- Clean the camera lens with a cotton swab
IPC360 and IPC360 PRO camera can use IPC360 Home APP?
IPC360 Home app can be used with IPC360 and IPC360 PRO cameras.
IPC360 and IPC360 PRO APP will not be updated in the future, please use IPC360 Home APP for safety.

Can you pause recording on the ipc360? I want it off when I’m home. Can it be set to not record continuously but only with movement?
