Press the power key 2 times, and you will hear one tone and the LED turns to red and flashing slowly
Why Adorcam camera can’t recognize the memory card?
- Please kindly ensure TF card, good brand such as Kingston Sandisk, Class 10 level, 4-128 GB
- Please first format TF card on PC or plug in it again when adorcam cannot read the TF card.
- If no TF card in camera, there is no alarm recording, system will snap photos and be saved in “Events” list. If inserted TF card, there will be no snapshot photos.
How to playback the video?
You can playback video via the “playback” option or the video clips in “Events” option.
How to download the video?
In “Events” option, download and open the video clip, you can download the video clip to your mobile phone via the “download” option. And also you can plug out the TF card and download the video clips on computer.
Does Adorcam camera support cloud storage?
Adorcam camera does not support cloud storage, saves videos on TF card; no monthly fee.
Does Adorcam camera support 5G wifi?
Adorcam camera only supports 2.4G HZ WiFi, does not supports 5G HZ WiF;
Check whether the wifi is 2.4 or 5g
Does Adorcam battery camera support 24 hours recording?
Battery Camera doesn’t support 7/24 constantly recording, only supports events recording when sensor human body motion detection.
Can Adorcam camera record video when it is offline?
Adorcam camera support offline recording.
Adorcam camera cannot work without Wi-Fi. It supports events recording when Wi-Fi disconnected, but firstly the camera should be ever connected with Wi-Fi network.
Why can’t I receive alarm notification?
Please enable Adorcam app notification in mobile settings

I need to see longer clips. 20 seconds is not long enough. If someone is captured on video that’s not long enough to show anything. It’s not enough record time and there’s no option to increase this. So what’s the point of a “securitycamera”?
Exactly! Mine will only record 8 seconds no matter what settings I change.. I am beginning to regret buying this thing..
Go to settings, then power manager. From there you have 3 options for recording.

Why can’t I watch the records events anymore? Camera has worked great all summer, but now every video recorded in the past week says “This session is closed remotely.” What does this mean and how do I fix it?! Why is my Adorcam meowing?
When we go to look at EVENTS that have been capture all we see looks like a default photo of a livingroom. Ocassionaly there will be a real photo but not most of the time? We have 2 cameras and both seem tobe doing this more and more. They used to work great and this is so frustrating! No security here with these!
I wish I could answer your question. I have three cameras all of a sudden all three of mine started doing the same thing. I can use it to look at a live picture, but I cannot retrieve any recordings at all.

I have had the same issue with my 3 cameras as well. My only guess is my WiFi connection might’ve been interrupted. I’ve always wondered the same thing but never had a customer service representative tell me so I made a wild guess 🤷♀️

one camera downloaded great to BOTH my phone & my husband’s but the main camera will only allow download to ONE PHONE at a time?? Every time I try to install it on the 2nd phone, it DELETES on the 1st phone —- grrrrrr
It’s 9/4/2024 … since about 10-12 days ago all I’m seeing on my cameras is the living room stock photo. I get a notification, open the app yet the “events” option no longer lights with the red dot. 99% of the time I get the stock picture but when I go live, I can see activity just fine. I’ve traded out cameras, I’ve re-installed the app, rebooted the cameras .. all to no avail. SO F’ING FRUSTRATING!! The cameras have all worked just fine for the past 3+ years we’ve had them … now, the’re useless!
